Charlie Sheen ‘attacked by neighbour in Malibu’
A 47-year-old woman has been arrested after she allegedly attacked Charlie Sheen at his home in Malibu.
The 58-year-old actor was allegedly attacked by Electra Schrock – a neighbour in the upmarket neighbourhood in California – who knocked on his door and then tried to strangle the Hollywood star.
A Los Angeles police spokesperson told Fox News: “The suspect, Electra Schrock, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, force likely to create great bodily injury … and residential burglary.”
The alleged incident took place on Wednesday (12.20.23) and Schrock is set to be arraigned at the Van Nuys courthouse on Friday. Authorities have not yet suggested any motive for the alleged attack on the actor.

The ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker – who confirmed earlier this month she had split from the Migos rapper – and her estranged spouse moved into the property in early 2020 and lived there with their two children, Kulture, five, and two-year-old Wave, for “approximately 20 months”, and they are now being sued by their former landlord for unpaid rent, utility fees and “significant property damage” to the abode.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the pair allegedly “vacated the home without notice” in October 2023, having “failed to pay rent and utilities for a period of time”.
Dixie Chicks founding member Laura Lynch dies in car crash aged 65
Laura Lynch has died in a car crash at the age of 65.
The musician was the founding member of country band The Dixie Chicks – later renamed The Chicks – and performed as their lead singer in the early days of the group but was killed in a collision on Friday (22.12.23), her cousin Mick Lynch has confirmed to TMZ.
The outlet claimed she was killed “outside of El Paso, TX just after sunset while driving from there to nearby Dell City” when she had been driving on a highway and got into a collision.
As a founding member of the group, Laura released a string of albums along with Emily Strayer and Martie Maguire from 1990 but was replaced by Natalie Maines when she quit in 1993, choosing never to explicitly discuss her reasons for walking away from the band.
Vin Diesel ‘categorically denies’ sexual battery allegation
Vin Diesel has “categorically denied” the sexual battery allegations made by his former assistant.
The ‘Fast and the Furious’ actor is being sued by Asta Jonasson, who alleged the 56-year-old star “molested her body” in his suite at the St. Regis hotel in Atlanta in September 2010, but his lawyer has branded the claims “outlandish”.
Bryan Freedman told Variety in a statement: “Let me be very clear Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety. This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly nine-day employee.
“There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”
