Royal fans have all said the same thing about Princess Kate tonight as she stepped out for her second royal engagement of 2025.
The Princess of Wales, 43, joined her husband at a ceremony at the Guildhall in London on Monday afternoon to commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day.
Kensington Palace confirmed that the ceremony would be broadcast on BBC1 at 7pm.
The event aimed to bring together faith and civic leaders as well as survivors of the Holocaust and more recent genocides.
At the ceremony, Prince William gave a reading and lit a candle during the ceremony, with the candle acting as a symbol to remember all those who lost their lives in the Holocaust and other genocides. Princess Kate also lit a candle.
Royal fans have been quick to praise the princess today, who was previously last seen at a public engagement on January 14 when she visited the Royal Marsden Hospital, the same place she received treatment for her own cancer diagnosis last year.
One royal fan wrote: “Good to see the beautiful Princess of Wales supporting causes and events close to her heart. She seems so happy and thankful to be there, looking graceful and beautiful as ever.”
Another wrote: “She is a kind-hearted princess all over the world. When she hugs people and takes her time, that’s the magic of Kate of Wales. Just beautiful.”
A third said: “This is a true Prince and Princess showing care, love, compassion [and] understanding.”
Sharing photographs on their social media accounts of today’s events, The Prince and Princess of Wales wrote: “Marking Holocaust Memorial Day and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau.
“Today we remember the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust, victims of Nazi persecution, as well as the victims of more recent genocides, including Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur.”
The event today comes at the same time as the King’s visit to Auschwitz in Poland, where the monarch is marking the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the former Nazi concentration camp.
His poignant visit has made him the first British monarch to visit the camp.
