Remember back in 2023 when Prince William attended the royal wedding of Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan? Well, the Prince of Wales, 42, has officially reunited with the groom.
Today, Prince William shared a video on the Instagram account he shares with his wife, Kate Middleton. The clip featured behind-the-scenes footage of the royal welcoming Prince Hussein to Windsor Castle.
The clip begins with slow motion footage of Prince William and Prince Hussein shaking hands before heading inside Windsor Castle. The video goes on to show a montage of the duo walking up stairs, strolling through a doorway and casually chatting while elevator music plays in the background.
The caption read, “Welcoming The Crown Prince of Jordan, Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, to Windsor this morning.”
This isn’t the first time that Prince William has met Crown Prince Hussein. In fact, the Prince of Wales and his wife, Princess Catherine, attended his royal wedding back in 2023, when he tied the knot with Rajwa Alseif in Amman.
At the time, Princess Catherine wore a stunning pale pink gown by Elie Saab, which featured a high neckline and long sleeves. Prince William opted for a classic tux with a blue tie.
Crown Prince Hussein’s wedding was far from intimate. The Prince and Princess of Wales were two of over 1,700 guests who attended the ceremony. They were joined by two other royal family members: Prince William’s cousin, Princess Beatrice, and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
Is it just me, or does it look like Prince William and Prince Hussein are actual buddies? That would make sense since they have a lot in common as the heirs to their retrospective thrones.
