Alex Cooper will debut new exclusive programming on SiriusXM, including a music channel and two live shows.
The Call Her Daddy host will curate a 24/7 music channel for SiriusXM subscribers, featuring Cooper’s favorite artists as well as personal commentary and stories. Additionally, Cooper’s Unwell Brand will launch Unwell on Air, featuring a call-in show and a pop culture show that air on the SiriusXM app. The shows launch Feb. 11.
“I’m constantly trying to find new ways to interact with my audience and with Unwell Music and Unwell On Air I’m able to deliver brand new daily live shows and playlists curated specifically by me,” Cooper said. “I can’t wait for everyone to experience a whole new world of Unwell.”
The call-in show, entitled Dialed In, will be hosted by Rachel Friedman and Montaine, with listeners invited to call in to talk about relationship drama, friendship and more. New episodes air Monday through Friday at 7pm ET/4pm PT, with new daily shows also simulcast on the SiriusXM Stars channel.
The Daily Dirty, hosted by Sequoia Holmes, Fiona Shea and Hannah Kosh, will feature the three hosts in conversation on the latest pop culture news with episodes Monday through Friday at 6pm ET/3pm PT.
Additionally, a weekly recap show will launch this summer hosted by Chloe Veitch.
The new programming comes after SiriusXM made a deal to acquire Cooper’s podcast and her podcast collective for up to $125 million starting in 2025. Part of SiriusXM’s goal in working with Cooper and other top podcasters is to create more exclusive content that draws more subscribers to SiriusXM.
The news also comes shortly after SiriusXM moved video episodes of Call Her Daddy off Spotify and on to YouTube in an effort to grow the audience.
