Four more headliners have been announced for this year’s Rochester International Jazz Festival.
Legendary singer-songwriter Smokey Robinson will play on opening night, Friday, June 20. Organizers say this will mark Robinson’s first appearance at the Jazz Festival since 2009.
American Roots band the Wood Brothers and singer-songwriters Rickie Lee Jones and Thundercat will also headline during the festival.
They join the previously announced Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis show on Saturday, June 21.
Tickets for all four of those shows will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
