Prince Harry has been deemed as “naïve” for not realising that publicly attacking the Royal Family would lead to his “exile”.
Royal experts have recently referred to the 40-year-old, who stepped down as a senior working royal in 2020, as living an isolated life in the US – with many believing that the way his life is now is a reflection of his own actions.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard said: “A self-assured, self-titled, angry Prince Harry thought it was completely OK to publicly verbally annihilate his family.
“It is said he was naïve and didn’t realize it would upset his family… He didn’t realize that his actions would cause such a fallout with his family and the public.”
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams also spoke to the publication about the Duke of Sussex, saying: “[Prince] Harry is in exile – he chose it.”
Mr Fitzwilliams added: “It’s lonely, and he will undoubtedly miss his friends and family. There is no sign whatsoever of the rift in the royal family healing.
Speaking of members of the Royal Family, he added: “King Charles and the Prince and Princess of Wales have, to put it mildly, other priorities.”
It has been two years since the release of Harry’s bombshell memoir Spare, which was also released in paperback just three months ago. Shortly after its release, Spare – which was published by Penguin Random House – later become Sunday Times Memoir of The Year 2023.
Some of the biggest revelation in Spare include Harry’s claim that he’d had physical confrontation with his brother in 2019, the bridesmaid dress row between the Princess of Wales and Meghan Markle and that Kate and William had encouraged him to wear a Nazi costume in 2005.
