NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — It’s your moment to be golden at the special sing-along screening of the Netflix hit film “KPop Demon Hunters.”
The limited two-day screening will be coming to movie theaters across New York City on Aug. 23 and Aug. 24, according to a Fandango listing posted on Friday.

The theatrical run comes after the animated musical feature “KPop Demon Hunters” has sat in the number one spot on Netflix since its release on June 20. It now marks the streaming platform’s most-watched animated film.
The film’s lead soundtrack song, “Golden,” has also occupied the number one spot on Spotify’s Top 50 song chart for the United States. Five additional tracks from the film’s soundtrack also sat in Spotify’s top 10 as of Saturday.

There’s no word yet on when tickets will go on sale for the limited-time sing-along screening, but fans can keep an eye on the Fandango website for more details.
