Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ daughter, Suri Cruise, seems to be truly taking after her famous actress mother.
On Friday, Suri was seen out and about in New York City, emulating her mom Katie’s quirky fashion style. She was spotted wearing a patterned red dress, which she paired with a brown leather belt around her waist after joining Katie on set Thursday.
Even though Suri has similarities to Katie, many fans often point out how much she looks like her dad. Several social media users who saw Suri’s latest pics online noted that she equally favored both of her parents.
“Perfect combination of Katie and Tom,” one commented while including a string of heart eye emojis.
A second fan added, “She looks like Tom but she still looks liker her mother.”
“I’m proud of my daughter. Of course, I will miss the close proximity, but I’m really proud of her and I’m happy,” Katie divulged to Town & Country last year.
“I remember being this age, this time of beginnings. It’s exciting to learn about yourself, and I loved that time, so it makes me happy to think about it like that,” she continued.
Although Tom and Suri reportedly have a strained relationship, he is still paying her $65,000 per year in tuition, along with her medical, dental, and insurance expenses.
Given the rift between her and dad, she decided not to use Tom’s last name on the casting sheet for her senior year high school play, The Addams Family: A New Musical, according to a report from Yahoo, per the Daily Mail.
For her high school graduation, she only used her first and middle names, “Suri Noelle.”
