Cheryl Hines, 59, is an actress and comedian, most known for portraying Larry David’s wife Cheryl on HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” Winning two Primetime Emmy nominations for the role, she has also starred in films like “Herbie: Fully Loaded” (2005), “Cake” (2005), “RV” (2006), and “A Bad Moms Christmas” (2017).

Hines was born in Miami Beach, but in a 2007 interview with the Orlando Sentinel, she shared she grew up in Tallahassee.

“Had the magazine been aware of this relationship, she would not have continued to cover the presidential campaign. An internal review of her published work has found no inaccuracies nor evidence of bias. She is currently on leave from the magazine, and the magazine is conducting a more thorough third-party review. We regret this violation of our readers’ trust.”

Nuzzi released a statement on the matter, saying, “The relationship was never physical but should have been disclosed to prevent the appearance of a conflict.” Kennedy’s representation claimed he only met her once, “which yielded a hit piece.”

What did Cheryl Hines say about rumored separation from RFK?

Neither Hines nor Kennedy directly addressed the alleged affair between him and Nuzzi in the WSJ interview. Instead, Hines tiptoed around the rumors with a short statement.

“I don’t think there’s any point to going through every rumor and headline to try to defend or explain it,” the actress told the outlet. “Bobby and I talk about everything, so that’s how we move through everything, and we’re really good friends, and we trust each other.”

She added that her upcoming memoir will help paint their relationship in a “better light.”

“One would deduce that we love each other and are still married and whatever we’ve been through is behind us,” she said.

Kennedy also commented on his wife being pulled into various controversies, saying it is impossible to control.

“There is no end, and if you get caught into responding to it then it drags you into low vibrations, and the trick is to try to stay in the high vibrations,” he said.

Instead of addressing separation rumors, Hines talked about her husband’s journey from running for president as an independent to joining Trump’s cabinet. She shared that she doesn’t understand why it angers people so much.

“At first, you’re thinking, ‘Wow. Why are they so angry or disappointed?’” she shared. “Some people can’t even, I don’t know, they can’t even talk about it. It’s really rather strange, actually.”

She also said she is on board with his crusade to “Make America Healthy Again” and is even drinking raw milk, despite doctors’ warning against it. She showed support for Kennedy’s controversial skepticism of vaccines.

“Is science ever settled?” Hines said. “Everything’s changing. Technology changes. Everything changes.”
