Cash Cobain is calling out body shaming after a fan took aim at his appearance while complaining about his music release schedule.
On Tuesday, the fan posted a frustrated tweet in response to Cobain once again sharing a snippet of a new track,“Hoes Be Mad” with BunnaB, that officially dropped at midnight Wednesday. Cobain has an affinity for releasing snippets before the full version, but that release cycle has a fan up in arms.
“Cash Cobain fat ass always posting snippets and no releases im so over his fat ass. And I know he will see this cause he love to search his name,” the fan wrote.

Cobain didn’t let the comment slide, replying: “It’s coming out tn stop body shaming me.”
Elsewhere, the artist addressed other comments regarding his weight in relation to his fame when a user asked “so why u aint pop when u was skinny.”

In another tweet, Cobain responded to a comment about his appearance, expressing disagreement about whether he’d still be “who he is” if he “wasn’t fat.”
The Bronx native isn’t one to shy away from interacting with fans on social media. He regularly chats with them on social media and even gives them opportunities to be creative.
In 2024, Cobain launched a custom generator that allowed fans to pick up to 10 guest feature verses from the remix to his hit record “Problem” and arrange them however they see fit, and then download the new song for free.
The guest features included Big Sean, Lil Yachty, Fabolous, and more. The original record featured those artists in addition to 6LACK, Flo Milli, Chow Lee, Don Q, Rob49, Luh Tyler, Anycia, and more, totaling 14 overall guest appearances.
