Meghan Markle‘s trailer for the new season of her Netflix show was released this week however, fans were left unimpressed with one of her guests. With Love, Meghan is set to land on Netflix on August 26, and it has a new guest lineup including US model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen and Queer Eye star Tan France, as well as podcaster Jay Shetty and his cookbook author wife Radhi Devlukia. Chefs Samin Nosrat, Clare Smyth, Christina Tosi, Jose Andres, and David Chang, and Meghan’s close friends, make-up entrepreneur Jamie Kern Lima, pilates instructor Heather Dorak, and makeup artist Daniel Martin, will also appear.
However, Ms Teigen, who is married to singer John Legend, was slammed for appearing in the trailer, following a heated row with another US model and TV personality, Courtney Stodden, over which Ms Teigen has not apologised. But fans still weren’t impressed with her appearance with one user writing on Youtube, under the series’ video: “Netflix should cancel the episode with Chrissy Teigen as she is the ultimate cyber bully,” while another one opined: “If she’s trying to fix her branding – inviting Chrissy Teigen was a terrible casting decision!”
Feminist outlet Jezebel wrote: “The purported anti-bullying advocate opened the doors of her rich friend’s Montecito mansion to one of the internet’s most prolific bullies.” The Duchess of Sussex has never publicly commented on Ms Teigen’s row.
