Hailey and Justin Bieber welcomed Jack Blues Bieber one year ago today and are celebrating his first birthday with new photos of their little boy. Hailey posted a tribute on Instagram, sharing shots of her holding him taken by Stevie Dance. She continued the couple’s practice of keeping his face hidden from the camera to protect his privacy.
“1 year of you my beautiful boy. Happy 1st Birthday Jack Blues, you are joy personified🩵,” Hailey wrote. On her Instagram Story, she shared a glimpse of Jack with his birthday balloons.

The couple have kept most details about their son private. Last October, Hailey told ELLE, “Welcoming my son into the world has obviously changed my whole life. That has been the best part of the year for sure.”
She gave her first in-depth interview since giving birth to Vogue earlier this year. Of Jack, she said, “He’s my priority. He is the most important thing to me. [Motherhood has] been my biggest teacher so far, the biggest teacher in my relationship. You see your partner so differently. I think you empathize with your parents a lot more. There’s so much perspective that comes with it.”
Justin has yet to give an extensive interview on being a father. But he wrote his Swag track “DADZ LOVE” about the joy he feels being Jack’s dad.
A source told Us Weekly earlier this week that the couple took Jack to “their favorite place in Idaho” for a special summer vacation where Justin and Hailey “have been able to finally reconnect more.”
Hailey “takes it day by day and is very patient [with Justin],” the source said, noting that after reports of tension earlier this year, “There’s still work to be done in their marriage, but they’re in a much better place.”
