Radial Entertainment, the newly formed entertainment company managing the FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands, Aug. 25 announced the addition of senior executives, including Melissa Boag as chief marketing officer, Minh Vo as general counsel and EVP of business affairs, Brian Blum as EVP of operations, and Thibault Hermenault as EVP of technical services. All report to CEO Garson Foos.

Additional appointments include Bill Alexander as SVP of finance, Jordan Fields as SVP of content acquisitions, Lexie Heredia as SVP of content investments, Jonitha Keymoore as SVP of content acquisitions, CJ Laychak as EVP of strategic operations, Jeff Peisch as SVP of programming and new business development, and Jack Samec as head of corporate development.
Boag leads marketing and brand development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to scale growth and foster innovation. She directs the integrated marketing team of FilmRise and Shout! Studios to strategically enhance the visibility of Radial Entertainment and its new releases and catalog. She previously served as EVP at Shout! Studios.
Vo provides strategic legal and business leadership across the company’s portfolio of brands. She oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance and business transactions, particularly related to intellectual property deals. She leads a team that works collaboratively across departments to support the company’s strategic growth. She previously served as general counsel and EVP of business affairs at FilmRise.
Blum will oversee all content operations spanning Radial’s expansive catalog and diverse distribution verticals. He will lead the strategic vision to leverage and maximize the wealth of talent and systems that have been instrumental in delivering compelling content to platforms globally for decades.
Hermenault leads the strategic and operational integration of technical systems across the newly merged company. His purview spans content onboarding, quality control, and IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing the combined systems of both companies. He previously served as CTO at FilmRise.
Those leaving the company include Adam Ainley, chief administrative officer. and Gene Pao, EVP of strategy and digital.
