Yup, Hank Hill and his buddies will be hanging out in the alley a while longer.
King of the Hill will return to Hulu with a second batch of 10 episodes, Vulture reports, after it made its Hulu debut earlier this month. This isn’t technically a renewal, though: Hulu quietly ordered 20 total episodes of the animated revival when it was initially announced in 2023, but the super-sized order wasn’t revealed at the time. The new episodes are expected to debut next year. (TVLine has reached out to Hulu for comment.)

A revival of the animated Fox comedy that ran from 1997 to 2009, Hulu’s King of the Hill catches up with Texas suburbanites Hank and Peggy years later, with their teen son Bobby now all grown up. Original voice actors Mike Judge (Hank), Kathy Najimy (Peggy), Pamela Adlon (Bobby) and Stephen Root (Bill) all returned to reprise their roles. Johnny Hardwick returned, too, as Hank’s bug exterminator friend Dale before his death, with Toby Huss taking over the role after that.
Fans were eager to catch up with them, too: King of the Hill will debut at #2 on the Nielsen streaming charts, per Vulture, with 1.28 billion minutes viewed in its first week. (Check out our review of the revival, and give the new episodes a grade in our poll.)
