NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The National Fried Chicken Festival announced its musician line-up on Tuesday, Aug. 26.
The headliners will include country rapper Blanco Brown, R&B singer Lloyd, the rap group Sugarhill Gang, southern soul and R&B singer Tucka as well as the rock, hip-hop and blues band G. Love & Special Sauce.

Other names set to take the stage include Disko Cowboy, New Orleans rapper Choppa, Shreveport’s Maggie Koerner and hip-hop artist Flagboy Giz.
Notable local acts include Muévelo, Jelly Joseph and Valerie Sassyfras. The DJ’s, Raj Smoove, Captain Charles and others will perform as well.
“This lineup celebrates music that moves people—whether that’s hip-hop, R&B, rock, or soul—while staying true to the cultural heartbeat of New Orleans,” said FCF Executive Producer Cleveland Spears, III. “With two full days of top-notch entertainment combined with the best fried chicken in the country, FCF 2025 is going to be an unforgettable experience for all who attend.”
The festival will take place Oct. 4 through Oct. 5 on the New Orleans Lakefront.
