Bruno Tonioli is parting ways with one of his competition show judging gigs — but fear not, it’s not Dancing With the Stars.
“Due to my prior commitment to Dancing With the Stars, I am sadly not able to be part of the next [season] of Britain’s Got Talent,” Tonioli announced on his Instagram. “I will miss everyone involved and wish them all the greatest success!”

“You’re all ours. Muahahahah,” fellow DWTS judge Derek Hough replied in the comments.
YouTuber/rapper/boxer KSI will replace Tonioli as a judge on Season 19 of Britain’s Got Talent, where he will be joined by returning judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon.
Tonioli will be surrounded by many news faces when Dancing With the Stars Season 34 premieres this month: Jan Ravnik, who was a dancer on Taylor Swift’s hugely popular Eras Tour, has joined the competition series as a pro for next season.
Meanwhile, the full list of celebrity contestants will be announced on this Wednesday’s Good Morning America, but a couple names have already been officially revealed: In April, wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, the younger brother of Season 21 winner Bindi Irwin (with pro Derek Hough), was the first celebrity cast member announced for Season 34. Then in May, social media influencer Alix Earle was the second hopeful tapped to compete. In July, the ABC competition series also added not one but two stars from a hit reality series: Jennifer Affleck and Whitney Leavitt, who revealed during The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Reunion Special on Hulu that they are putting on their dancing shoes.
Additionally, it’s rumored that the polarizing Hilaria Baldwin, who stars alongside her husband Alec Baldwin in the TLC reality series The Baldwins, will also be a contestant.
Dancing With the Stars Season 34 premieres Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 8/7c on ABC (and streaming simultaneously on Disney+). Get more primetime returning show premiere dates in the gallery below.
