COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A new entertainment venue, Smash Park, has opened its doors in Westerville, offering a variety of activities for visitors. The venue combines a scratch-made kitchen with handcrafted cocktails, providing a space for guests to enjoy food, drinks, and games.
Smash Park also features a range of free-to-play games such as cornhole, ping pong, giant Jenga, and Connect Four. Visitors can also reserve activities like duckpin bowling, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and ax-throwing. The venue boasts four indoor and two outdoor pickleball courts, which have become a popular attraction.
In addition to traditional games, Smash Park offers digital party darts with over ten different game modes, including Monster Hunter and a mini-golf game. The venue also features digital ax-throwing games with self-scoring sensors.
Smash Park opened last week and operates Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. for pickleball, with the kitchen opening at 11 a.m. On weekends, the venue opens at 9 a.m.
