British Ice Skating is proud to announce the athletes selected to represent the nation as the British Royals in the 2025 ISU Short Track World Tour – the official qualification pathway for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.
Get ready to experience the most dynamic, intense and entertaining sport on ice with the ISU Short Track World Tour – This thrilling international series showcases the explosive speed, tight racing and dramatic finishes that make short track one of the most exciting disciplines in Olympic sport. The 2025 edition will bring the world’s best together across North America and Europe, as athletes battle for ranking points, podiums, and crucial Olympic quota places.

Road to Milano Cortina 2026
The World Tour is about more than medals. Across the four stages, every result contributes to the Special Olympic Qualification Classification – the system that determines how many athletes each nation can send to the Winter Olympics.
For the British Royals, this means every race is an opportunity to secure Team GB’s presence in Milano Cortina, both in individual distances and in the relay events. Strong performances could also see the squad challenge for overall Tour honours, including the prestigious Crystal Globe awarded to the season’s top team.
The British Royals will take to the ice at:
• Montréal (Event 1): 9–12 October 2025
• Montréal (Event 2): 16–19 October 2025
• Gdańsk: 20–23 November 2025
• Dordrecht: 27–30 November 2025
