Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul actor Raymond Cruz was arrested for allegedly spraying water on his neighbor on September 8, 2025. No charges have been filed against the actor, who is best known for playing crime lord Tuco Salamanca on the two AMC shows, yet. Moreover, Cruz’s talent agent has shared details of the incident chronologically while defending his client.

Raymond Cruz arrested after allegedly hosing neighbor
Raymond Cruz was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. The 60-year-old actor allegedly sprayed his neighbor with a hose while he was washing his car.
Someone called the police to report that Cruz assaulted their daughter with a garden hose. “There was basically a dispute with the victim, which is when Cruz allegedly sprayed water towards the victim,” LAPD officer David Cuellar said to PEOPLE.
Cruz’s talent agent, Raphael Berko, spoke out about their side of the incident to PEOPLE. Berko said that when Cruz was washing his car in his garden, a white minivan with three women parked very close to his bumper. He asked to move the car, but the women did not comply.
“They said no,” Berko told the news outlet, “He goes, ‘Come on, move your car. You’re not giving me room, and it’s going to get wet.’ So, he said, ‘Okay.’ He started to clean his car, and then they started filming him.” He continued, “When he turned around to tell them to stop filming him, he was still hosing his car. And some of the water from his hose hit the front of his car and spilled on their car… And then, believe it or not, one of them called the police.”
After this, Cruz was arrested at his home. The investigation is still going on, and there haven’t been any charges filed against the Breaking Bad star.
