NBCUniversal Tells Employees They Will Need to Come Into the Office Four Days per Week

Comcast’s NBCUniversal has told employees they will need to come into the office at least four days per week starting next year.

As of Jan. 5, 2026, NBCU will mandate a four-day in-office workweek for hybrid employees, who will now be required to be onsite from Monday through Thursday, according to a memo from NBCUniversal chief operating officer Adam Miller, a copy of which was obtained by Variety. Staff will have the option to work remotely or in the office on Fridays, per Miller’s memo.
