The newest installment of Halloween Baking Championship is set to premiere on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 9 p.m. ET on the Food Network.
The show is also introducing a brand-new twist for season 11.

Every year around this time, fans of the culinary channel know they can expect some new shows centered around the fall season. Viewers particularly wait to see what programming the Food Network has in store for Halloween, given how it’s the perfect time to embrace all things creepy, kooky and even mysteriously spooky in the world of baking.
So, when Food Network announced the hit series Halloween Baking Championship will return to TV for season 11, that wasn’t the only thing folks learned. It turns out new episodes of the show will drop sooner than viewers may think, with the first episode premiering on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 9 p.m. ET on the Food Network (the show will also stream on HBO Max).

When viewers uncovered that Halloween Baking Championship would make a grand return this fall for an all-new season, they were immediately thrilled about what new bakes were in store.
“I FREAKING LOVE HALLOWEEN BAKING SHOWSSSS!! I’m so excited for this!!!” one person exclaimed in the comments. “FINALLY, the announcement I’ve been waiting for!! 🎃🍁🎄☃️,” another shouted out. “Wouldn’t miss it! 🎃🖤🕷️👻😍,” a different follower added.
Now, for those curious about this new season of Halloween Baking Championship, a report from Variety notes this season will see host John Henson lead 10 bakers “to a terrible haunted mansion filled with secret passageways and scares around every corner.” Additionally, Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall and Zac Young will all return as judges to critique the bakers’ confections as they vie for the chance to win $25,000.
And that’s not all. The outlet writes Halloween Baking Championship season 11 will have an all-new twist. Per a press release given to them from Food Network, “for the first time, the bottom three bakers in most episodes will be forced to bake for their lives”as the judges choose who will continue on in the competition.
