Now that the final Conjuring movie, The Conjuring: Last Rites, is out in theaters, fans are wondering what the correct order is to watch the film series. Officially called the Conjuring Universe, it has a total of 10 movies. This includes spin-off series like Annabelle, The Curse of La Llorona, and The Nun. With all these spin-offs in the mix, it could be difficult to understand the entire series’ timeline.

It’s worth noting that The Curse of La Llorona shares two common story elements with the Conjuring Universe: A brief appearance of the Annabelle doll and Tony Amendola as Father Perez from Annabelle (2014). The makers have not particularly announced it to be canon. However, these small elements have been good enough for the fans to connect them to the film series.
