JoJo Fletcher is embracing pregnancy and gearing up for motherhood the only way she knows how: by taking a “mom walk.”
In an Instagram Story posted on Wednesday, September 10, Fletcher, 34, posed in a white visor and red two-piece workout set that displayed her growing baby bump. She wore wrist weights and ankle socks with white sneakers.
“Full mom walk mode activated,” the former Bachelorette wrote over the mirror selfie.
Fletcher announced on August 28 that she’s expecting her first baby with husband Jordan Rodgers, sharing a sweet reel. “We love you so much already, our sweet rainbow baby. 🌈🕊️Baby Rodgers coming January 2026 🤍,” she wrote via Instagram.
“Love you so much @joelle_fletcher ❤️,” Rodgers, 36, commented on the post. “You have been such a rockstar through the ups and downs of this journey. Your strength, resilience and positive attitude are an inspiration. Can’t wait to see you as a Mom 🥹 falling more in love with you every single day!”
Two days later, Fletcher shared another reel celebrating “Zaddy” Rodgers on his birthday.
“Jordy boy, you know I’m too emotional these days so today feels extra special to celebrate. You are the best man I know. The way you have loved, protected and supported me through all of life’s ups and downs is something I will forever be grateful for,” she captioned the post on August 30. “You’ve been my biggest cheerleader from the day I met you, always pushing me to chase any dream I’ve ever set for myself (& are always by my side to help in any way needed.) You are soft and patient with me in moments of uncertainty, always making your first priority to put me at ease and letting me know everything will be ok.”
She continued, “And on our very normal, boring days, you always find a way to keep our home filled with laughter and love. Who you are at your core is so special. Kind, hardworking, passionate, loyal, so funny and witty, reliable… the list goes on. I count my lucky stars we found each other in the crazy way we did and have created this beautiful life together and now.. a family soon! 🥹 I love you beyonddddd ❤️.”

Fletcher has been all about sharing updates of her pregnancy journey thus far now that her baby news is out. On Monday, September 8, she shared a funny video of herself dancing in a crop top while holding what looked to be an iced coffee via Instagram.
“POV: You’ve finally announced your pregnancy & your bump can now emerge out of hiding,” she wrote over the video, captioning the post, “We back babyyyy 💃🏼🤰.”
