Although we’re officially into the Eurovision 2026 season, it will still be some time before we hear any national final and Eurovision songs. Thankfully, the music will always continue and a number of Eurovision artists are still producing new songs for us to enjoy.
Contrary to the commonly perpetuated myth about the song contest killing careers, we’re always thrilled to report that singers associated with Eurovision are thriving.
Here is our latest weekly roundup with a selection of the songs released recently by Eurovision stars.

Red Sebastian – Turn On The Lights
This week’s new music starts with Red Sebastian, who represented Belgium this year. His second album, Turn On The Lights, lives up to its name—the lights are obviously red. The album falls into the electro-pop genre that made him stand out in Eurovision, and yes, you can expect those strong, powerful vocals.
With 10 songs to choose from, there’s something for everyone. The album will make you dance and slay, with some tracks touching personal topics, like “Lose Myself,” and others serving as party anthems, such as “Turn On The Lights.” “Red Ferrari” is one of the album’s biggest bangers, while “Sunday” offers a more melancholic vibe.
A post-Eurovision release, “Slay,” which has already received lots of love from fans, is included as well. Last but definitely not least, his Eurovision track “Strobe Lights” is part of the album, both in its Eurovision version and as an Extended Mix that closes the record.
Eleni Foureira, Juan Magán & Brando – “Truth or Dare”
Eleni is the Eurovision legend who competed for Cyprus in 2018. Whenever she releases music, it feels like summer never ends. Her newest collaboration with Juan Magán & Brando is no exception, this time with a track in English. At its core, the song revolves around a game of truth or dare, as suggested by the title, but the lyrics heat up quickly, and the Latino rhythm will make you want to dance. Bring back the summer with this track.
About this collaboration, Eleni stated:
“I am really happy about this collaboration as we united our three different musical worlds into one. I believe that music is a common universal language that brings people together. That is exactly what ‘Truth Or Dare’ does.”
Soraya – “Iconismo”
Soraya represented Spain in 2009. Her newest song is all about being iconic—and she is definitely the right person to sing it, with her outstanding confidence and charm. The track is avant-garde, infused with modern electronic influences, almost like a contemporary reimagining of Madonna’s “Vogue.”
It’s a true confidence booster, an encouragement to slay unbothered. As the lyrics say:
“Take a good look at me / When something’s so iconic / It triggers the erotic / It’s going up to the top / Being avant-garde / Catwalk on the dancefloor.”
Powerful and sensual, the song feels tailor-made for a runway show. It also comes with a music video that looks even better than a cover shoot. With the occasion of her 43rd birthday and the release of this track, Soraya also announced her upcoming album ILÚMINA that soon will be yours.
The Rasmus – Weirdo
The Rasmus, who represented Finland in 2022, are making their comeback with the long-awaited album Weirdo. The release was teased with a series of singles: “Creatures of Chaos,” “Rest In Pieces,” “Love Is a Bitch,” and “Break These Chains”—a collaboration with Niko Vilhelm of fellow Finnish rock band Blind Channel, who also competed in Eurovision in 2021. The album features 10 tracks, which means six new songs are still waiting to be discovered. The Rasmus prove once again why they are among Europe’s most renowned rock bands.
One more collaboration deserves special mention, accompanied by a music video: a track with Lee Jennings from the American rock band The Funeral Portrait. Its chorus declares, “I’m just a weirdo / I’ll never be a hero,” an anthem for anyone who has ever felt like an outcast.
Weirdo is the band’s 11th studio album, marking over 30 years of music. With it, The Rasmus are ready to reclaim their crown in rock, delivering a record that combines maturity and freshness—powerful rock tracks infused with 80s vibes and melancholy.
Dons – “Jau rīt”
Dons represented Latvia last year. This week’s release, “Already Tomorrow,” is a happy, vibrant, and energetic tune infused with country music elements. The animated music video takes you straight to the circus, telling the story of a captive man who finds his love—something already predicted in the crystal ball and written in the stars. The song is a love story about that one person you can’t wait to see tomorrow, and the day after, again and again.
DJ BoBo – “The Great Adventure”
DJ Bobo represented Switzerland in 2007. His new release is a true DJ banger, inspired by fairy tales and fantasies, and serves as the anthem of his European tour. If you’re still not convinced to get tickets for the shows, the music video offers a glimpse into the “magical place” that is the stage. Get ready for club vibes, mixed with fantasy and all in a show that will cross the border between a regular concert, a DJ set and a musical.
Blue Stripes feat. TALI – “Blue bird”
TALI competed for Luxembourg last year. This week she collaborated with Blue Stripes to release a song meant to touch your heart. The track carries a smooth jazzy ballad vibe, with TALI’s warm voice pulling you deeper into its atmosphere. “Blue Bird” is a song that will surely find its place on repeat in your playlist, while also making you reflect on life, the people you meet, and the ones who drift away.
Intars Busulis, Raimonds Pauls & Andris Keišs – Šekspīrs. Soneti
Intars, who competed for Latvia in 2009, has reunited with Raimonds Pauls and Andris Keišs for a special project: the album Shakespeare Sonnets. This release takes listeners on a journey into Shakespeare’s work in Latvian, blending spoken passages with music, giving his timeless sonnets a new melodic breath and emotional depth.
You can even join them in the studio through the music video for “These Lips Where Love Burns.”
Gromee & MVRT – “Don’t Hold Me Down”
Polish DJ Gromee, who competed for his country in 2018 alongside Lukas Meijer, is back this week with a new release in collaboration with MVRT. The result is a true club banger. If you’re into EDM, this track will take you on an interstellar cruise with its out-of-this-world sounds.
The song premiered as the opening of his set at Sunrise Festival, and ever since, fans have been asking for an official release. According to Gromee, he hopes the track will capture the spirit of summer holidays and festivals.
ALIKA – “K.A.S.”
Moving to Estonia, we have ALIKA, who competed in Eurovision 2023. Her new song is an artistic blend of multiple alternative genres. Not wanting to disappoint her fans, she even created a visualiser—despite having only an hour to finish it before packing everything up. The track carries a melancholic tone, perfectly matching the season as the days grow greyer and greyer.
Anna Rossinelli – “If You Don’t Know”
Anna represented Switzerland back in 2011. She is now back with an energetic track about a person who doesn’t understand feelings: “If you don’t know, if you don’t know how I feel for you / You will never know, you will never know if you don’t know now.” The song is bold and unapologetic—Anna refuses to wait around in uncertainty. With this track, she reclaims her self-esteem, independence, and pride.
NICO & Dan Cocis – “Vis”
NICO competed for Romania in 2008 alongside Vlad Miriță. This week, she released another duet—this time with Dan Cociș, a well-known Romanian actor. Their new track, “Dream,” is a retro-inspired love ballad that carries a sense of nostalgia, like a scene from an old film set in a Bucharest café.
The chorus goes: “All I dream is about you / When I open my eyes, it’s just you and me / Just you and me, and the time that stopped / You also dream only about me / When you open your eyes, it’s just me with you / It’s just us, and nothing else matters.”
Petra Frey – “Halt dich einfach an mir fest”
Petra represented Austria back in 1994 and has since become one of the country’s iconic artists. This week, she released “Just Hold On To Me.” Get ready for an 80s-inspired disco-pop track and a party anthem that’s bound to rock every club. The song is a homage to love and solidarity—especially meaningful in times when standing together and supporting one another matters more than ever. A music video is also on the way.
Feminnem – “Ljubav zna kako se mostovi grade”
We conclude the first part of this week’s round-up with Feminnem, who competed in Eurovision twice. The girl trio first represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2005. Five years later, they returned to represent Croatia in 2010.
Their newest track, “Love Knows How to Build Bridges,” is a powerful ballad with traditional influences. You’ll be mesmerised by the authentic rhythms, the flawless vocal harmonies, the outfits, and the visuals. The lyrics tell the story of a forbidden love one is willing to do anything for: “Youth flies without listening to what the heart says, without knowing any rules / What is allowable and what is not allowable / If I lost you, the world would stop and there would be / No sadder song.”
