Cane wants to make good use of his alliances. On Friday’s episode of The Young and the Restless, he asked Michael to make amends with Phyllis. Now, he has a new assignment for Amanda, which could bring him back with his ex-wife.
Back To Business
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) is back in Genoa City. She had to clean up all of Cane’s (Billy Flynn) messes, which he left behind in Nice. Cane has had a change of heart since returning home. Lily (Christel Khalil) informed him that he needed to explain what happened to their kids.
So far, he has paused on his next business moves. He regrets the pain and hurt he’s caused his family. So, he has to tread carefully, which means handing over his A.I. software to Billy (Jason Thompson). (Find out how Billy could destroy ties on Y&R.)
Amanda wanted to know about Cane’s plans, but he was more focused on making amends. He also wanted to know about her relationship with Lily. She told him that Lily still sees her as her devious twin sister, Hillary. There’s also the issue of Amanda working for her ex-husband.
Amanda’s New Agenda
Cane wanted Amanda to befriend Lily. He wanted to know if he still had a chance with her and if Lily would consider a reconciliation. His goal is for Amanda to help Lily see the good in him again.
Amanda wanted to know Cane’s next move. He grinned and told her that he had a lot going on that would keep him busy. (Could Cane be playing a cunning game on everyone on Y&R?)
Once again, he had a devious look on his face. Cane teased that his plans are just beginning. But what else does he have planned?
Cane might go back to his elusive ways. This time, he’s going to try to take down everyone with him. And once Lily finds out, he’ll never regain her trust.
