Margot Robbie donned a double slit dress to the premiere of her new movie, A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. The actress arrived at the movie’s New York City premiere on Monday, September 15. The event took place at AMC Lincoln Square, where she was joined by her co-star Colin Farrell.

Margot Robbie wears double slit white gown for premiere
Margot Robbie turned heads at the NYC premiere of A Big Bold Beautiful Journey with an exquisite white corset gown from Mugler. The dress features two daringly high leg slits on either side and an equally bold black halter neck. The striking contrast between the black and white pieces offers a dramatic flair to the outfit.
Robbie kept it minimalistic with the accessories. She wore an elegant diamond-embellished gold bangle and other statement pieces from Lorraine Schwartz. Additionally, the Barbie star opted for a high bun hairdo with a loose face-framing piece to elevate the look.
The ensemble was curated by popular celebrity stylist Andrew Mukamal. Reports confirm that the gorgeous gown is a reissue of Thierry Mugler’s 1998 Spring Haute Couture design. Mukamal recently posted an Instagram story, sharing an image of art dealer and model Honor Fraser debuting the dress in the original runway show.
Mukamal, who is a frequent collaborator with Robbie, has helped create some iconic looks for the actress’ Barbie press tour in 2023, as well as the London premiere of A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. Directed by Kogonada, the romantic fantasy flick is all set to arrive in theaters on September 19, 2025.
Furthermore, fans are also excited to see Robbie as Catherine Earnshaw in Wuthering Heights. It is the highly anticipated Gothic psychological drama loosely inspired by Emily Brontë’s 1847 novel of the same name. She shares the screen with Jacob Elordi, who plays Heathcliff.
