The finale of The Summer I Turned Pretty, released today, brought tears, gasps, happy giggles, and most importantly, a French girl glow-up for Belly, a.k.a. Isabel Conklin, played by Lola Tung.
As soon as the episode, set in Paris, began, we got to see Belly grow into her own, not only emotionally, but sartorially as well. With a chic new French bob and a classy red lip (we found her lipstick), she slid off a Vespa in a striped beige-and-white halter crop top and elegant beige shorts. Later, in a scene of her celebrating her birthday, she was sexy and sophisticated in a daring black minidress. And finally, for her fairytale ending, she slipped into a sunny yellow midi dress that nodded to her summers at Cousins, but made it clear that our Belly is now all grown up.
As we too are chasing true love, fantastic beach houses, and perfect sundresses that make us glow, we searched the web for Belly’s finale outfit, and good news, we found it.

On the show, Belly wore the dress with (SPOILER) her eternity necklace from none other than Conrad Fisher, and paired it with canvas wedge espadrilles from Spanish footwear brand Castañer (she is an international woman now, after all). The wedges are currently on sale at Revolve.
Now that we’ve gotten a peek at Belly’s closet, we’ll be here shopping—and wondering if we’re getting a bonus episode of TSITP after all.
