The model recently shared a study on her stories, agreeing that she is indeed an “otrovert” due to the similar traits as mentioned in the study. Hailey Bieber has finally revealed her personality type in her latest Instagram story on September 18. The Rhode founder recently reshared a post of @explain that says that the “Psychiatrists are now describing a personality type called the ‘otrovert.’”
As per the study, “Unlike introverts, who prefer solitude, and extroverts, who thrive on social interaction, otroverts fall somewhere in-between—but with a twist.” People who identify themselves as otroverts “enjoy being around people and the outside world, yet recharge best when they’re alone afterward,” as per the post.
The new personal type is just a “reminder that human personality isn’t just two extremes.” In fact, they are “a spectrum with plenty of nuance in how we connect, detach, and reset.” And it seems the study echoed with Bieber. She not only reshared the post but also declared, “Oh! This is me!,” revealing her new personality type to her followers.
The 28-year-old model has always been open about her personality and her mental health. Back in May 2022, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Bieber got candid about how she nurtures her overall well-being in a YouTube video, describing her personality.
She said she does “several things” to “check in” with herself. To begin with, she advised talking to a therapist if possible. Besides that, she loves to “spend time outside” in nature. Despite all this, Bieber admitted that her relationship with social media has been “taxing” on her inner peace.
Describing her personality type, the business mogul said she is “somebody who struggles with people-pleasing and really wanting everybody to like me and caring a lot about what people have to say and what they think.” Nevertheless, she is “trying to have the healthiest relationship with social media” so that she can connect with people.
