Taylor Swift’s 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, is a mere fortnight away—and we now have yet another reason to count down to the October 3 release date. Yesterday, the artist announced that The Official Release Party of a Showgirl will hit theaters the same day, celebrating the new era with behind-the-scenes footage, lyric commentary, and a music video for “The Fate of Ophelia.” Immediately, fans crashed the AMC website trying to get tickets, in a nostalgic manner reminiscent of the Eras Tour Ticketmaster queues.

While the website loaded, it was difficult to focus on much other than the film poster—and Swift’s latest showgirl-worthy look. Instantly recognizable as the work of Emmy award-winning designer and costumier Bob Mackie, the striking orange-and-red ensemble arrived as the latest in a string of collaborations between the two icons. Mackie, credited with the visual identity of Las Vegas’ Jubilee!, previously flipped through the show’s archives to dress Swift in a crystallized bra look with elaborate armbands and fluffy cream feathers. This time, the artist donned a custom version of the headpiece worn during the “Celestial Nights” segment of the performance, reimagined in her forthcoming album’s vibrant color palette. With shimmering red jewels, massive orange feathers, and sparkly star motifs, the larger-than-life piece feels fitting for an album released in theaters.

Taylor Swift has always known how to throw a release party. Between welcoming fans into her homes to hear her 1989, reputation, and Lover albums early in what were known as “secret sessions,” and dropping an additional anthology hours after The Tortured Poets Department release, she has always made sure that the energy surrounding a new album is full of excitement and discussion, encouraging community online and off. Now, she’s taking things to the big screen, with Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl. The 89-minute film continues Swift’s partnership with AMC (who she previously worked directly with on the Eras Tour Film distribution), showing at all of their locations, as well as in select Cinemark and Regal theaters.
