Gia Darcy celebrated her new single ‘Subtle Changes’ with a stunning Rolling Stone AU/NZ In My Room session, in association with Mentos.
The rising Australian pop artist recently returned with her latest single off the back of a debut EP, Crash Test, and headline East Coast tour last year.
The raw and reflective song dives into the discomfort of growing apart from someone you love. Anchored by Darcy’s emotive vocals, the single once again proved her strength as a storyteller, this time showcasing a quieter, more vulnerable side to her artistry.
Darcy teamed up with New York-based songwriter Ross Newhouse and producer Liam Quinn for the song, which you can listen to above.

Darcy has emerged as a pop artist to watch in Australia and beyond, boasting over 1.3 million Spotify streams and 2.7 million views on YouTube Shorts.
She will be returning to the stage on Friday, September 27th to support Joan & the Giants at Sydney’s Vic on the Park, where she will play her new single live alongside older material.
