The Palm Tree Music Festival, an upscale, one-day electronic music event featuring celebrity DJs, is coming to downtown West Palm Beach next year. Here are five things to know about the festival:
What is the Palm Tree Music Festival?
The festival is a rotating musical event featuring prominent EDM and house music acts. It has been operating for four years and has taken place in wealthy locales as Aspen, Colorado; Saint-Tropez, France; and The Hamptons in New York.
It is produced by Palm Tree Crew Holdings, a company founded by DJ Kygo and his manager, Myles Shear.
Kygo and superstar DJ Calvin Harris will headline the Feb. 14 event in West Palm Beach. Other performers include New York-based electronic music duo Sofi Tukker and the German DJ Bunt.

Why is it coming to West Palm Beach?
The festival says it’s drawn to the city because it is “rapidly transforming into one of America’s most dynamic cities, fueled by a new generation of residents with an appetite for live music, dining, and lifestyle experiences.”
The festival has been expanding to new locations this year, including two wealthy California cities, Montecito and Napa.
Festival organizers have also invested locally, buying an ownership stake in the trendy new West Palm Beach cocktail lounge Mary Lou’s.
“We focus on markets where we can meet our customer, our customer being a young, affluent traveling customer who’s looking for great music, great hospitality and unique experiences,” company CEO Michael Diaz said in an interview.
When and where is it taking place?
The Palm Tree Music Festival is taking place Saturday, Feb. 14 and is expected to run roughly from 4-11 p.m.
The stage will be situated on Flagler Drive at the foot of Clematis Street, meaning Flagler will be closed to traffic, organizers said.
A VIP event will take place at the Lake Pavilion on the city’s Great Lawn.
The festival is paying a $30,000 license fee to the city for use of the waterfront, city records show.

What local companies are involved?
Helping to organize the event is West Palm Beach’s biggest developer – Related Ross, the company owned by Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross.
Stephen M. Ross, founder and chairman of Related Ross, speaks during an announcement that Silicon Valley-based artificial intelligence company ServiceNow will lease a significant portion of the new CityPlace office tower at an event at One Flagler office tower in West Palm Beach, Fla., on September 16, 2025.
Ross, who owns CityPlace, is developing major office and luxury condo projects in the city center and recently announced that tech giant ServiceNow plans to open an 850-person regional office in one of his new CityPlace office towers.
Ross said in a statement that the festival would complement his investments in the city.
“This festival adds a vital entertainment element to the city’s cultural and nightlife scene, complementing our investments in dining, art, and community-first experiences,” he said.
Mary Lou’s will be providing service at the Palm Club — an exclusive table section at the festival event.
Where can I buy tickets and for how much?

Prices have not been announced, but at a recent Palm Tree Music Festival event, single-day general admission tickets sold for $270, plus fees, while VIP tickets cost $775 plus fees.
