Rumors about Shatner’s health scare circulated on social media Thursday after TMZ reported that the “T.J. Hooker” star was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after suffering a medical emergency. The outlet reported Shatner’s agent, Harry Gold, said the actor had an issue with his blood sugar while at his Los Angeles home late Wednesday afternoon.
Shatner was said to have been brought to a local hospital for treatment and sent back home, according to TMZ. A statement from Shatner’s agency TalentWorks, which was obtained by KABC Los Angeles, stated the actor was fine and that those reports were false.
