Nearly 20 years after their sex tape was released, Ray J is claiming his ex Kim Kardashian is under investigation for a crime.
“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris [Jenner] and Kim is about to be crazy,” the singer, 44, boasted to rapper Chrisean Rock in a livestream that is making the rounds on X.
“It’s worse than Diddy,” Ray J, who offered no proof or details, insisted.
“I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’m gonna say a lot of s**t.” the rapper said. “Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it.”
RICO, or Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act, is often used to go after mob families and drug cartels. Sean “Diddy” Combs also faced a racketeering charge earlier this year but was acquitted.
The Celebrity Big Brother alum has referenced similar allegations before. “If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it,” he hinted in TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial.

Now a father of two, Ray J has long insisted that Jenner brokered the deal to sell the sex tape, which he made with then-girlfriend Kardashian, now 44, in 2003.
Jenner, 69, has vehemently denied his claims, even while hooked up to a lie detector test.
Kim Kardashian, Superstar was released in 2007, making the family a household name. Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered seven months later.
In the first season of her family’s Hulu reality show, The Kardashians, the sex tape came up again, as Kardashian learned that Ray J was threatening to release more footage. Her ex-husband, Kanye West, managed to secure the tape and deliver it to her.
