Earlier this past summer it was announced that Tamara Braun would be joining the cast of the CBS daytime drama The Young and the Restless and now the actress has teased her arrival and it’s just around the corner.
In the September 29, 2025 edition of TV Guide Magazine, Braun announced that her first episode on the hit soap opera would be premiering on October 14, 2025.
Braun will be portraying a new character by the name of Sienna Bacall who is expected to have a connection to various established characters on the show.
Tamara Braun’s Career
Braun began her professional television career in 1997 with a role on The Sentinel, she became a household name on daytime television when she took over the role of Carly Corinthos on the ABC soap opera General Hospital in 2001.
Braun then made appearances on fellow ABC soap opera All My Children, as well as the NBC/Peacock series Days Of Our Lives. She also rejoined General Hospital but this time not as Carly, but a second character Kim Nero.
Braun has won two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. First for her portrayal of Ava Vitalli on Days of Our Lives in 2009, and then a second time for Kim Nero on General Hospital in 2020.
