Cardi B is debunking a widely-spread chatter regarding her famous derrière.
“There’s a rumor that my boyfriend dumped me because my BBL stink,” Cardi, 32, said during a Wednesday, September 24, appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, before referencing a sexual act she and boyfriend Stefon Diggs — who she is expecting a child with — seemingly enjoy.
“The thing about me is I’m very, very anal about how I smell,” she said, laughing at her own joke.
The “I Like It” rapper — who rocked her beau’s New England Patriots jersey for her podcast taping – confirmed that the rumors of Brazilian butt lifts having an odor are untrue.
“How would a BBL stink if you don’t got no open wounds?” Cardi questioned. “Why? Cause your a** is fatter?”
The singer, who also revealed she underwent a butt reduction surgery, further inquired, “You don’t know how to clean a fat a**?”
Cardi explained that despite going under the knife to reduce the size of her backside, she still wishes it was smaller.
“You know, like when people do a tummy tuck in your stomach? I practically did a tummy tuck on my a**, like on top, so I could remove some biopolymers,” she explained. “I look at myself in the mirror and it’s like I really wouldn’t change a thing. Maybe I would like my butt to be smaller, but it’s like I said, it’s really hard for my butt to be smaller.”
Cardi — who is in the midst of a divorce from Offset, with whom she shares three children — and the NFL star, 31, were first rumored to be an item in October 2024, but she didn’t confirm their relationship until after they were spotted together at Coachella in April.
In the months since, the couple have been hot and heavy, turning up at Met Gala after parties and New York Knicks games before announcing they are expecting their first child together.
