Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were last spotted together months before news broke of their separation.
The pair were spotted standing side-by-side at a FIFA Club World Cup 2025 game in Nashville, Tennessee, on June 20. Kidman, 58, was all smiles as she rocked a white summery dress and styled her hair down while Urban, 57, looked casual in jeans and a flannel long-sleeve shirt.
More than three months later, multiple outlets reported on Monday, September 29, that Kidman and Urban split after 19 years of marriage. Us Weekly has reached out to Kidman and Urban for comment.
Kidman and Urban first crossed paths in 2005, tying the knot in Australia the following year. In 2008, Kidman and Urban welcomed their first child together, daughter Sunday Rose. The pair expanded their family two years later when they added daughter Faith Margaret via surrogate. (Kidman is also mom to daughter Isabella and son Connor, whom she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise.)
Years later, Kidman gushed over Urban’s support while she filmed dark scenes in season 2 of Big Little Lies.
“I have the most extraordinary partner in life. I will always say that about him,” she said in a 2019 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I’m one of the very fortunate women in the world to have had a wonderful father, and I have a wonderful husband, and I’m just very — I love to be able to say that because to talk about the good men that have influenced me and affected me.”
During a CBS Mornings interview in 2022, Kidman shared that meeting Urban “later in life” was “the best thing that’s ever happened” to her.
“That man is the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” she added. “We’re a mix. We’re very suited [for each other]. I’m incredibly lucky to have met him.”

Two years later, the couple shared a rare outing with their daughters to celebrate Kidman’s career at the 49th AFI Life Achievement Award Gala in Los Angeles.
“There’s also the most important thing, love,” Kidman said during her speech. “Big, big love. And then right there is the love of my life, and the loves of my life. My daughters have never been anywhere publicly with me on a red carpet, tonight was their first night, so they’re here, Sunday and Faith.”
She continued at the time: “And then there’s all my nieces and nephews and my sissy and my beautiful aunt and her husband, who’s our family now … this is all because of you. And I love you so much. So there’s no place like home, as they say. You’re my home. And thank you for flying halfway across the world.”
In May, Kidman and Urban were seen packing on the PDA at the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards red carpet. When Urban accepted the ACM Triple Crown Award, he gave a sweet shout-out to Kidman and their daughters.
“I wanna thank the ACM Academy for this, and my wife, Nicole Mary, is here tonight,” he said at the time. “I love you, baby girl. Our girls, Sunday and Faith, watching at home tonight, I love you both too.”
