Milsons Point, Sydney
Nicole reportedly bought her sixth apartment in the Landmark Latitude complex in Milsons Point on the North Shore in May 2023.
The three-bedroom pad has views of Sydney Harbour and cost her a whopping $7.7 million, meaning the couple own $27.5 million of property in the building.
The pair own their real estate in different company names and first bought a property in the building in 2009 when they secured a 420 sqm pad on the 21st floor for $6 million.
In 2012, they then bought the 380 sqm apartment next door, which boasts superior views, for a reported $7 million.
They also bought a $2.68 million apartment on the 19th-floor apartment, with Nicole using that space as a home office.
The penthouse suite they own in the building has been the location for their annual New Year’s Eve party, with them joined by their teenage daughters Sunday and Faith, to ring in the new year with a spectacular view of the fireworks.
Nashville, Tennessee
In 2010 Nicole and Keith invested in a 20-room Nashville mansion, appropriately based in the home of country music.
The 1,115 sqm estate cost $4.89 million and has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, home theatre and a fun-sounding hobby room.
Beverly Hills, Los Angeles
Keith and Nicole also purchased a five-bedroom, five-bathroom sprawling Beverly Hills residence the same year for $6.77 million.
The home has a full-floor master suite upstairs which features dual walk-in closets, a lavish bathroom, as well as a spacious sitting room and office.

Manhattan, New York
Nicole and Keith dropped $13.53 million in 2010 to nab themselves a designer duplex in Manhattan’s trendy Chelsea neighborhood.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two terraces, as well as stunning views of the Hudson River.
In 2020, they added a second New York residence to their portfolio, opting for a two-bedroom apartment in Tribeca for $3.5 million.
Southern Highlands
Two years after their 2006 marriage, the couple bought a $6.5million country estate in the Southern Highlands.
The sprawling residence spans 45 hectares, and is located 145 km from Sydney, close to the tiny town of Bunya.
The six-bedroom home is now worth an estimated $12 million, and features a traditional sandstone verandah, pressed metal ceilings, a grand carved cedar staircase and 10 original marble fireplaces.
They upgraded the property to also feature an 18-metre swimming pool, a gym and a full-sized tennis court.
