The Reading Royals have announced that they’ve signed forward Brandon Saigeon for the 2025-26 season. In 37 games with the Ghost Pirates, he put up two goals and eight assists for 10 points. Saiegon should be a nice veteran piece for the Royals to fit in on the top six to start to season. With the signing of Saiegon, the Royals have 13 forwards and 21 players signed for the 2025-26 season.
The Former fifth round pick of the Colorado Avalanche in 2018 is entering his sixth season in the ECHL. In 249 ECHL games, he’s put up 31 goals and 72 assists for 103 points.
“Brandon is an experienced player in our league,” stated Anthony Peters, Head Coach & General Manager. “We are happy to bring him into the Royals family. He is a versatile player who will have the opportunity to prove himself in different situations. We look forward to watching him come in and compete.”
