Blake Lively has been working on something in her rustic kitchen.
On Thursday, Oct. 2, the Gossip Girl alum, 38, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram showing off her cake baking abilities.
“I saw a beautiful quote along with a well loved child stuffy that said ‘to be loved, is to be changed forever,’ This bunny has been so loved, so purely for so long.” Lively wrote in the caption. “So of course, I had to turn her into cake.”
In the series of photos, Lively shared every step of the baking process to make a “Cinnabon bun flavored cake,” taking inspiration from Lively’s daughter’s favorite treat.
While showing off the confection, Lively offered a rare glimpse inside the home she shares with husband Ryan Reynolds.
In one photo, the It Ends with Us star took a selfie with the cake on top of a rustic wooden table, complete with a wicker basket of apples and a large orange pumpkin. Another image shows baking supplies sprawled out on top of a pink marble countertop with a collection of ceramic ice cream cone cups in the background.
Lively, proud of her creation, posed with the cake inside her warmly lit living room with wooden beams and floors. In the background a large chandelier hangs above a brown couch, covered in a blanket and children’s dolls. Viewers can also see through a large glass window pane that offers a look into the foliage outside.
In December 2023, the actress claimed to add interior designer to her resume.
In an Instagram post, Lively shared a photo of her in a gold sequin jumpsuit in what appeared to be her primary bedroom and bathroom. The room featured rustic, gray-tone wood on the floors and accent wall. Exposed beams on the ceiling and black-framed windows add an industrial vibe. Followers also got a peak at a marble free-standing bathtub in the background.

“Yes I low key moonlight as an interior designer but please don’t tell [because] I definitely don’t want the world to know that I have a hidden talent which I require external validation on,” Lively wrote in the caption.
LIvely has also shared outfit posts in a stylish hallway with richly textured pale blue walls, wood floors and a traditional rug visible. Small framed paintings hang on the walls around what appears to be a hidden door.
On another occasion, she offered a peak at her coffee bar, a furry bench and a bold abstract painting.
The A-list couple’s primary residence is a serene and cozy New York City apartment, which they share with their daughters James, 10, Inez, 9, Betty, 5 and son Olin, 2.
