The federal government called out Sean “Diddy” Combs for having the gall to already make post-prison plans without even being released.

At the music mogul’s sentencing hearing Friday, the prosecution claimed Combs has “booked speaking engagements in Miami for next week.”

The feds slammed the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper further, stating that him jumping the gun by booking professional gigs was “the height of hubris.”

Prosecutor Mary Slavick told Judge Arun Subramanian in Manhattan federal court that Combs “doesn’t fully grapple with how his actions got him here,” adding, “His respect for the law is just lip service.”

The “It’s All About the Benjamins” rapper has a residence in Miami, which was raided during the feds’ investigation, but it’s unclear exactly why he took on speaking engagements in Magic City.

Page Six has reached out to Combs’ reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The feds asked the court to sentence the entertainer to 135 months — or 11.2 years — in prison.

He was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, which can carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, per the law, but Judge Subramanian calculated the sentencing range for each count between 5 to 7 years. (Combs was acquitted of racketeering and sex-trafficking charges.)

Meanwhile, the “Victory” rapper’s lawyers are seeking for their client’s near-immediate release, pointing out he already “served over a year in one of the most notorious jails in America” and would like to go home to “continue his treatment and try to make the most” of his next chapter.

Combs was arrested in September 2024 following the government’s months-long probe and has been serving time at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY. He’s been held without bail.

In a heartfelt written letter to the judge ahead of Friday’s hearing, Combs said he takes “full responsibility and accountability for [his] past wrongs.”

“This has been the hardest 2 years of my life, and I have no one to blame for my current reality and situation but myself,” he added. “In my life, I have made many mistakes, but I am no longer running from them.” He also pointed out the “positive steps towards healing” he’s made like getting sober.

Combs’ family members, including mom Janice Combs and some of his children, were present in the courtroom Friday advocating on the “Last Night” rapper’s behalf.

Some of the children spoke to the judge amid tears to plea for their father’s release.

The sentencing is set to be read aloud on Friday afternoon.
