Ghanaian rapper Joseph Gamor, professionally known as Lyrical Joe, has publicly dismissed interest in his personal life, insisting public attention remain solely on his music.
In an interview with Property FM in Cape Coast, the artist asserted controversies about relationships, property, or finances distract from his creative work.
“I came into the scene purposely to let everyone know about my music—not to display my house, cars, or relationships,” he stated. The ‘Enter’ hitmaker emphasized artistic integrity over celebrity culture: “I don’t care about what others are doing. My sole focus is the music I release.”
When questioned about private matters, Lyrical Joe responded sarcastically: “If anybody cares about my bank details, they should contact my bankers.” His stance reflects growing resistance among Ghanaian artists against sensationalism, coinciding with the Mahama administration’s 2025 cultural initiatives promoting artistic substance over tabloid exposure.
