Phypers and Richards‘ divorce case has already seen a dramatic battle since the divorce was filed in July. With multiple allegations from both sides, the divorce has drawn significant public attention.
However, now, Phypers’ legal team has named Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville as potential witnesses, stating that they could speak on Richards’ alleged “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.” The filing also included Phypers’ family members and Richards’ father as potential witnesses.
Charlie Sheen, the famed star of Two and a Half Men, married Denise Richards in 2002, and their marriage lasted until 2006. They share two daughters. Though their relationship was tense during the later stages, they now seem to maintain a cordial relationship.
Brandi Glanville, meanwhile, worked with Richards on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Glanville previously claimed that she had an affair with Richards, a claim the Wild Things actress denied.
Phypers filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in July. Since then, both parties have made serious accusations. Richards accused Phypers of domestic violence, while Phypers claimed that Richards had a year-long affair.
Apart from Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville, actress Kasia Wolejnio, counselor Wendy Bernacki, a woman named Sara Curtis, and Terry Ahern have also been named as potential witnesses (via Page Six).
