A brand-new and drama filled week of Days of Our Lives is coming up as the long-running soap sets the stage for an emotional airport goodbye and an explosive confrontation, that fans will not want to miss.
The official Days Of Our Lives YouTube channel posted a promo teasing the week of October 13-17, 2025.
The promo opens up with Thomas DiMera speaking to his cousin Rachel about his father, Chad’s (Billy Flynn) relationship with Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). “How do I make sure that Cat and my dad stay broken up?” Thomas asks his cousin. “It’s easy,” she replies.
Thomas then declares adamantly, “As long as Cat’s in Salem, I won’t be.” Continuing to build on the tension throughout Chad’s family.
Next, we see Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) who is at the airport, preparing to move to France to live with her mom Nicole (Ari Zucker), brother Jude, and stepdad Eric (Greg Vaughan). “Goodbye, Salem,” she says, as Tate Black (Leo Howard) rushes in shouting her name. “Holly! Holly!” He shouts, before explaining Sophia’s (Rachel Boyd) various lies. “The baby is not mine.” He insist, begging her, “Please don’t get on that plane.”
At the Brady Pub, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) introduces himself to Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark). “I’m Alex, Stephanie Johnson’s boyfriend,” he says, before sending a straight warning, sharing, “Stay the hell away from her.”
Elsewhere in Salem, we see Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) reveals his next career move. “I’ll be working at DiMera Enterprises.” He explains, to which his father Abe Carver (James Reynolds) declares, “You most certainly will not.”
Then, Theo’s uncle, E.J. (Dan Feuerriegel) is heard talking to someone explaining, “I’m happy with the clinic’s progress. Once construction is complete, this lab will be impenetrable.” While Cat sneaks into the establishment and begins taking pictures of the, presumably, illegal activites that E.J. finds himself involved in this time.
