Not only is the movie the highest grossing original 2025 to date, but at $629 million it’s the highest-grossing title for Apple Original Films and for the sports film genre.
The Formula 1 racing movie starring Brad Pitt and directed by Joseph Kosinski arrives in homes after a 168-day theatrical window. Warner Bros distributed the movie on behalf of Apple. F1 also marks Pitt’s highest-grossing feature to date and notched an A CinemaScore and 97% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
