Travis Kelce may be dominating the field with his power moves just like what he did at the recent game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Detroit Lions at Arrowhead Stadium, but when it comes to the kitchen, it’s Taylor Swift who sets the rules.
In the latest episode of New Heights, he and his brother Jason Kelce detailed their definition of cheat meals, or in their case, “Fat Guy Fridays.”
Along with their new guest, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the trio discussed what indulgence and balance mean in terms of food, fitness and sports.
The retired NFL player asked The Smashing Machine star about his “ridiculous cheat meals” which he posts on his Instagram.
According to him, it’s not just for social media, but he “tries to eat everything he can”.
As for The Rock, he asked the siblings about the “Fat Guy Fridays” shenanigan.
Jason Kelce revealed loading on chicken wings with as many as he could put on a plate, blue cheese, pizza and finishing it off with ice cream.
While the former Philadelphia Eagles star ate like a Viking, the veteran tight end was more on the mindful-eating side.
Travis Kelce shared that getting donuts is the go-to treat for the quarterbacks and he would happily devour “two nice fluffy glazed donuts” before their practice.
“Once practice ends, I usually just grab some barbecue throughout the week,” he said, adding, “I’m pretty set in stone.”
However, his diet changed when he met the pop star whose hobby is baking.
“I will say it has gone up a level since Taylor has come into the picture because she loves to bake,” the Chiefs star shared. “She got sourdough, Pop-Tarts and sourdough cookies. It goes on and on. She loves to make cinnamon rolls.”
With Travis Kelce’s revelation, fans in the comment section are eagerly calling on the “Bad Blood” hitmaker to share her recipes.
“Trav, can you tell Taylor we would LOVE a cookbook from her!! Please and thank you!!” one wrote.
“I hope someday (if she wants to) makes a cooking book, I’d buy that so fast,” a commenter added.
“Sourdough cookies? Omg, Taylor needs to release her recipes for real,” another echoed.
The same goes for another who said, “RELEASE THE RECIPES, TAYLOR!!”
The music sensation has taken her sourdough obsession to greater heights and proudly shared it during her recent interviews.
During her appearance onLate Night with Seth Meyers, she laughed about ‘making it everyone’s problem,’ recalling how her hobby morphed into an obsession and ultimately shaped who she is today.
