CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment is shutting down its private event space and will be relocating its downtown Cincinnati corporate office and catering operations, a move that the restaurant group’s longtime landlord said came as a surprise.
The Lempicka by Jeff Ruby will close at the end of October, according to CEO Britney Ruby Miller. Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment is working with all guests who have bookings there to relocate to a Jeff Ruby restaurant or a partner venue with Jeff Ruby Catering. A spokesperson for the restaurant group said the majority of guests booked at the Lempicka will remain at a Jeff Ruby restaurant.
“We have made the difficult decision to close Lempicka, our event space, and relocate our corporate offices, which share a building at 700 Walnut Street, due to a landlord dispute regarding safety protocols,” Ruby Miller said in a statement sent to the Courier.
