New Milton residents enjoyed live music performances on the recreation ground this summer.
The events were organised by New Milton Town Council and featured local bands The Wise Guys, Total Madness and Groovemeister.
The community came together to socialise and dance, making the most of the summer afternoons.
New Milton town mayor, Councillor Alvin Reid, attended each event and expressed his delight at the turnout.
He said he was delighted to walk round and meet so many people on the Recreation Ground enjoying the performances and was looking forward to more music events next year.
The council thanked local organisations for their donations, which helped cover the performance fees.
These included New Milton Residents Association, Innovus UK, Bethel House Care Home, Keffen Plant Hire and New Milton Freemasons.
The council is now seeking feedback from residents to help plan next year’s events.
They want to know what people liked and any suggestions for future performances.
New Milton Town Council have a small budget to host these free to attend music afternoons and the support from local organisations is greatly appreciated.
