Following the series finale of And Just Like That…, the 6x Golden Globe winner recently teased that she’s “not certain” if the Sex and the City character has truly seen her final chapter, explaining why showrunner Michael Patrick King decided to end the series revival.
“I think it’s out of respect for this really singular professional experience that you have to consider what you want to do, have you done it,” she said on CBS Mornings. “And sometimes it’s best to gracefully walk away when things feel really right and energetic, versus squeezing and exploiting people’s generosity and hospitality.”
Parker added of the recent series finale, “I’m not certain I understand that decision means, because I could just be on hiatus.”
