Madison Beer Details New Album ‘Locket’ Set for New Year

Following the singles “Yes, Baby” and “Bittersweet,” Madison Beer has officially announced her upcoming album Locket, due out in January 2026.

The singer has teamed with longtime collaborators One Love, LOSTBOY, and Leroy Clampitt on Locket, which also features Beer as co-producer. According to the press release, Beer had the album title in mind as she wrote the LP, “a mosaic of past memories and experiences with Beer at the helm, creatively fusing pop soundscapes.”

“After writing the album it feels like each song lives within this metaphorical locket for safe keeping,” Beer said in a statement. “Each album feels like an era and once the albums are out in the world the chapter for me, usually with what I wrote about, is closed.”

Ahead of the Jan. 16, 2026 arrival of Locket, Beer has also shared the new music video for “Bittersweet,” written and co-directed by Beer and Iris Kim and starring The Summer I Turned Pretty’s Sean Kaufman.

The singer also recently performed Locket‘s two singles as part of her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show performance.

The Long Island-born Beer last album, Silence Between Songs, arrived in 2023. Earlier this year, following her first Grammy nomination, Rolling Stone asked the singer about her plans for new music.

“The next thing coming out will definitely be a full-length album. I was going to do an EP a year ago,” Beer said. “I was talking about potentially doing that, but shit just got so crazy that I didn’t have time to, and then I just went into full album mode. So it’ll probably take a bit longer, but those songs will be on the album and it will hopefully be out somewhat soon. I’m in the studio every single day.”
