We are totally buggin’ over Alicia Silverstone’s teen son Bear! The 14-year-old recreated a famous scene from the hit ‘90s film Clueless with his mom, and it’s the best thing on the internet.
Silverstone, who played Cher in the classic film that turned 30 (!!) this year, played Cher in this recreation. She walks into her dad’s “office” to show off her new dress, and her dad — played by actor Dan Hedaya in the film and Bear in this video — does not approve.

“Cher, get in here,” Bear lip-synchs to the quote from the movie. He looks so grown up in a suit jacket and glasses as he holds a paper and pen in his hands.
“What’s up, Daddy?” Silverstone dubs to the sound from her younger self, showing off a white dress that looks just like the one in the movie.

“What the hell is that?” Bear-as-her-dad asks, with the camera panning to show he’s dressed in a full suit. The scene cuts off after “it looks like underwear,” is said, and we wish it would go on. Petition to have Bear play a part in the sequel series Silverstone is executive producing?
In her caption, the A Merry Little Ex-Mas star revealed that her son helped her with this ahead of a big life milestone. “A Clueless moment with my (not-so-little) baby 🥺💛” she wrote on Instagram. ‘I can’t believe he is 14 and having his Bar Mitzvah this weekend!! 😭🤷🏼♀️”
Paris Hilton commented, “Iconic.” Yes, girl! Another wrote, “This is amazing and iconic in so many ways 🔥🔥”

Silverstone opened up about the ‘90s coming back in an August interview with Entertainment Weekly. While in Europe filming Irish Blood, Silverstone shared something funny she learned while shopping with Bear. “He wanted to buy baggy jeans, and I thought, ‘That’s so European of you,’ because I hadn’t quite seen it in the States yet,” Silverstone recalled.
“I guess he caught it first, and I just didn’t know about it,” she added. “But we went and got him some vintage jeans in East London. Grunge is back, it’s cool to see.”
It’s obvious Bear loves his mom, and the movie that made her famous. Back in July, Cher recreated another classic scene with Bear on TikTok. This time, she’s walking with a yellow plaid jacket on when Bear comes up to her to put his arm around her.
“Ew, get off of me! Ugh, as if!” she lip-synchs to the audio from the movie.
At the end, Bear returns and they share a sweet hug, which melts our hearts. They have the best relationship!
